10Verificata ☺We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was fantastic — very close to Assisi and only a few minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
Breakfast was not included in our stay, but there was a very good coffee machine with coffee capsules available for guests to use. The coffee was excellent and a lovely way to start the morning.
We could also use the shared kitchen, which was a great advantage. The kitchen was modern, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Even though it was shared with other guests, it was very convenient and well maintained.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Assisi.

10Verificata ☺Everything was perfect, the room is very nice, spacious and comfy, with a cute shared balcony. The hosts were very kind, they answered promptly to our messages and were very helpful and welcoming. The whole apartment was very clean, and the well-equipped gym was a great bonus!
The location is great too, it’s just 10 min of driving to Assisi and Perugia, and the neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There are also a couple of supermarkets just 5min away.
All in all a great stay!
